Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To permit an improved soil of a desired diameter to be formed regardless of the property of the ground at each depth. CONSTITUTION:A monitor 23 as a sensor of properties is provided to a rod 7 through which a hardener as a high-pressure jet fluid is jetted. A controller to control the operation of a high-pressure pump 3 for producing high-pressure jet according to the detection results of the monitor 23 is also provided. The pressure of the high-pressure jet stream of the hardener is controlled according to the properties of the ground, which is input when the rod 7 is penetrated into the ground. An improved soil 11 of a desired diameter can thus be obtained regardless of the properties of the ground at each depth.
