description PURPOSE:To improve the joint strength against vertical tension by a method wherein joining is carried out by hardening synthetic resin material under the condition that the joint area between first reinforcing fiber material and second reinforcing fiber material, both of which are respectively cover cores, are vertically piled together. CONSTITUTION:A core 10 is divided into a first core 11 and a second core 12. The first core 11 is covered with preformed first reinforcing fiber material 20 and, at the same time, the top face peripheral edge 20a of the reinforcing fiber material 20 is put on the parting face 11a of the core 11. After that, the core 11-containing reinforcing fiber material 20 is inserted in the forming recess 40a of a lower forming mold 40. Next, after the projection 14 of the second core 12 is inscribingly fitted to the recess 13 of the first core 11 so as to pile up the cores, the second core 12 is covered with preformed second reinforcing fiber material 30. After that, an upper forming mold 50 is put on the lower forming mold 40 in such a manner the second reinforcing fiber material 30 is housed in the forming recess 50a of the upper forming mold 50. Then, after the upper forming mold 50 and the lower forming mold 40 are clamped together, molten synthetic resin material 6a is poured from a synthetic resin feeding means 6 through the gate 5b of the upper forming mold 50 in reinforcing fiber materials 20 and 30 and finally hardened.
