Accordingly, setting the reference voltage in the vicinity of +B/2 and comparing this reference voltage with OR gate output, and as a result, if it is over the reference voltage, it can be known that the established unit is in the condition of power on, and it can be utilized for the signal for controlling the power of the extension unit, making use of this condition.
