description | PURPOSE:To supply stable main liquid and oil having a less variation in liquid volume and a less variation in temperature to an evaporator and a compressor by a method wherein an air-cooled oil cooler having a part of an air-cooled condenser applied as an oil cooling heat exchanger and a refrigerant cooling oil cooler for use in cooling oil with the liquid refrigerant are used together. CONSTITUTION:High pressure refrigerant gas compressed by a compressor 1 is processed such that oil for freezer is separated by an oil separator 2, the separated oil is cooled by an air-cooled oil cooler 14 utilizing a part of a condensor 3, the separated oil passes through a refrigerant cooling oil cooler 8 and then the oil is supplied to each of bearings of the compressor 1. An oil supplying control temperature adjuster 13 detects a temperature of oil supplied to the compressor 1, opens a solenoid valve 11 for an expansion valve for an oil cooler when a temperature of the oil is increased up to its set value, feeds a part of the liquid refrigerant and then the oil passing within the refrigerant cooling oil cooler 8 is cooled by the expansion valve 12 for the oil cooler. In turn, if a temperature of oil is decreased down to a predetermined temperature only with the air-cooled oil cooler 14, the solenoid valve 11 for an expansion valve for an oil cooler is closed to prevent an over-cooling of oil. In addition, in the event that fin portions of the air-cooled oil cooler 14 are stained or a blower for the condensor is operated at a low number of rotation, a reduced amount of heat exchanging capability can be accommodated by the refrigerant cooling oil cooler 8. |
