description PURPOSE:To obtain an image processor which can flexibly deal with the changes of a working environment and the needs with high operability by providing an extracted area learning part and an image extracting part which extracts an image out of an original image based on the format information when a mode switch part is set in an original read mode and outputs the extracted image based on the output order. CONSTITUTION:When a mode switch part 2 is set in an original read mode, the output of an image input part 1 is sent to an image extracting part 5 and at the same time an image extraction start signal is outputted. A format learning part 4 starts its operation by a format learning start signal and extracts and registers a format setting area of a learning form and the position and the size of a color mark showing an extracting area on the learning format as the format information. The image extracting part 5 starts its operation by an image extraction start signal to extract an image out of an original image and outputs the extracted image based on the output order. Thus an image of a desired area is outputted. Thus it is possible to obtain an image processor which can flexibly deal with the changes of a working environment and the needs with high operability.
