description PURPOSE:To reduce the retention of a resin, to prevent carbonization by the thermal decomposition of the resin and to improve the quality of an extruded molded form by making the area of a flat surface section in an end face on the inlet side of a breaker plate, in which the inlet of a hole is formed to a tapered surface, smaller than a cross-sectional area. CONSTITUTION:When a resin is extruded, a screen section facing the resin path holes 31 of a breaker plate receives differential pressure, and the screen section on breaker-plate flat and faces 30 is bent while using the corners of the flat end faces as fulcra owing to bending moment based on the differential pressure. Since the width of the flat surfaces 30 of the breaker plate is diminished, the quantity of the centers deflected can be reduced, the volume of space among the breaker-plate flat end faces 30 generated by the bending deformation of a screen 4 and the screen section just above the end faces 30 can be scaled down, and the holdup volume of the resin in the space can be lowered. Accordingly, the quantity of the resin carbonized by the thermal decomposition of the staying resin can be minimized.
