Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a Zn-plated steel sheet excellent in adhesion durability by plating the surface of a steel sheet with a specified element, and then forming a Zn-Cr-Fe-based alloy plating layer in which the Cr content is increased toward the surface in the thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a low-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet is plated, as required, with one or k 2 kinds among Fe, Si, Al, P, B, etc. The surface of the steel sheet having the plating layer or untreated sheet is plated with Zn and further with Cr. The steel sheet having the Zn and Cr plating layers is placed in an alloying furnace, heated to 350-600 deg.C and diffused, hence the Fe in the steel sheet is thermally diffused into the Zn plating layer, the Fe concn. is decreased to
