Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To form a rubber layer having sufficient elasticity and sealability and stronger adhesion to a stainless steel plate by applying a coating chromate treatment to the stainless steel plate and raising the heating temp. of the rubber solution applied to the treated surface thereof to specific temp. or higher. CONSTITUTION:A chromate treatment solution is applied to the surface of a stainless steel plate and dried to form a chromate treatment layer becoming 10-100mg/m as metal chromium. A rubber solution is applied to the chromate treatment layer and heated to 200-300 deg.C to form a rubber layer. When heating temp. is lower than 200 deg.C, the sufficient close adhesiveness of rubber and stainless steel can not be ensured and working efficiency is not improved because a treatment time becomes long and, when the heating temp. exceeds 300 deg.C, unless the heating time is set to a short time of 30sec or less, proper rubber physical properties (elasticity and the like) are not obtained and the danger of ignition is generated in a drying oven when the rubber solution of an org. solvent type is used. |
