Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manufacture electrode units having stabilized quality at an ordinary temperature by inserting metal pins into multiple pin insertion holes arranged in parallel with each other on a metal pin welding base, and thereafter, connecting a shelf-type electron beam control electrode and the metal pins for fixation. CONSTITUTION:Metal pin insertion holes 14a, 14b are drilled downward at a right angle against the top surface of an upper plate 8a of a metal pin welding base 1, and the metal pin 13a after the insertion is held with the accuracy of a right angle less than a difference of diameters of the metal pin 13a and the metal pin insertion holes 14a, 14b. A shelf-type electron beam control electrode 6 is loaded with a load of a pressing member to work the reaction force, which works from an elastic member 12 against the shelf-type electron beam control electrode 6, to the metal pin 13a, and the end of the metal pin 13a is made to abut on the shelf-type electron beam control electrode 6 to secure the adhesion. Under this condition, welding is performed from the upper direction of the shelf-type electron beam control electrode 6 to weld the electron beam control electrode 6 and the metal pin 13a. Position accuracy between each electron beam control electrode 6 is thereby maintained to control the electron beam excellently.
