description | PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of cables effectively by constituting cross sectional forms of insulating materials in recess or projection forms against circumferences with central conductors as their centers. CONSTITUTION:Central conductors 12 and 14 are coated respectively with insulating materials 16 and 18 which have cross sectional forms of gear shapes having seven projection parts 15 on the outer peripheries and consist of a highly dense polyethylene. These projection parts 15 are set to have the width of 1mm and the height of 0.25mm. The insulating materials 16 and 18 are covered with a single layer of sheath 20 consisting of soft vinyl so as to united in one boby. By constituting the outer peripheries of the insulating materials 16 and 18 to have cross sections of gear shapes, touch areas of the insulating materials 16 and 18 and the sheath 20 can be increased so that the friction is also increased, and slip of the insulating materials 16 and 18 in the axial directions can be prevented, and the insulating materials 16 and 18 can be also well engaged with the sheath 20, so that movements both in the circumferential direction and in the radial direction of the insulating materials can be restricted, those distortions can be prevented, the generation of static electricity can be also restricted and the occurrence of noise can be prevented. |
