DOCUMENT PREPARING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prepare documents without paying attention to a document preparing device by discriminating the kind of the document preparing device be used to be actuated with a word processor starting device from the name of an inputted document, reading a designated document out of a document storage device and editing with a document editing device. CONSTITUTION:A document designation device 6 inputs the name of an object document to be edited and prepared, transmits it to a word processor discriminating device 7 and document storage device 8, and the word processor discriminating device 7 discriminates the type of a document preparing device to be used and inform of it a word processor starting device 9. The word processor starting device 9 starts the document preparing device as well as reads the document designated by the document designating device 6 out of the document storage device 8. An object document editing device 10 edits and prepares the object document. Thus, document preparation can be performed without paying attention to the document preparing device.
