And a fork connecting member 10 such as a nipple which has two inflow side passages 4A and 4A of the connecting pipe 4 collected into one outflow side passage 4B, is threadedly connected to the aforesaid inner end section within the manhole 1. And the check valve 14 are connected to each entrance of the inflow passages 4A and 4A, so that the discharge ports 2A of a pump 2 are mutually connected to each entrance of the connecting pipe 4 with two flexible pipes 12. By this constitution, time required by piping design can thereby be saved much.
