METHOD FOR WASHING, INSPECTING AND REPAIRING FITTING PIPE FOR CONNECTING SEWERAGE MAIN PIE AND DRAINAGE BASIN INSIDE OF RESIDENCE

PURPOSE:To wash, inspect and repair a fitting pipe from a sewerage main pipe side easily by using a curved pipe, monitoring the image on TV, fitting the tip of the curved pipe to a connection port of the fitting pipe, and passing a washing nozzle or a TV camera or a renewing pipe through the curved pipe. CONSTITUTION:Multiple extending pipes 6...6 are connected to one end of a curved pipe 5, which has a height a little shorter than a diameter of a sewerage main pipe 1, in order in a manhole 2, and while are progressed to insert the curved pipe 5 into a part near a connection part to a fitting pipe 3. Thereafter, the image near a connection port 8 is monitored by a self-travelling type TV camera which is controlled by remote control, and the curved pipe 5 is controlled to move forward and backward, and the curved pipe 5 is pinched by arms 10, 10 fixed to a camera head 9 having a turning function, and is turned at a required angle to fit the tip of the curved pipe 5 to the connection port 8 of the fitting pipe 3. A washing nozzle 15, or a TV camera 19 or a renewing pipe 24 can be thereby inserted into the fitting pipe 3 through the curved pipe 5 to wash, inspect and repair the fitting pipe 3.
