description | PURPOSE:To lower the invasion of a living body at the time of implanting operation and to facilitate the injection operation of a fluid to be injected by connecting a fluid supply means for supplying a fluid formed from a medicine to a living body duct closing means and branching a part of the connection pipeline to connect a catheter introducing a fluid into an objective region to the branched passage. CONSTITUTION:A medicine injection apparatus is preliminarily implanted in the living body of a patient. The leading end part of an injection needle 22 is thrust in the septum 7 of a subcataneous implantation type reservoir 5 through skin tissue 20 and the medicine in a syringe 21 is injected in a medicine reservoir chamber 8. The medicine flows in the first liquid feed catheter 3 and a part of the fluid composed of the medicine is supplied to the bag of a bag-shaped elastomer 2 and the remainder is supplied to a check valve 12 through a branch passage 10. The bag-shaped elastomer 2 is inflated to press and close the arteria hepatica communis 17 and the flow of blood from the arteria hepatica communis 17 to the proper hepatic artery 18 is blocked. The fluid supplied to the check valve 12 is introduced into the gastroduodenal artery 19 from a catheter 11 through a blood vessel catheter 15 to be introduced into the liver 16 through the intrinsic liver artery 18. |
