The virtual number of the fiber is thereby aggregated into 10 to 85% of constitutional numbers. The fiber so constituted is arranged in an axial direction, bonded with a binding material, thereby forming a reinforcement material for a rod material. Then, the reinforcement material is buried in a square concrete pillar as a rod-shaped reinforcement. According to the aforesaid construction, reinforcing effect can be improved.
