A foul odor in the stool, smoke of a tobacco and the dust are removed by passing them forcibly through a device 16 by actuating a fan 12 for an indoor side heat exchanger and opening a damper when a microswitch 24 is actuated by pressure of a human body while the stool are in use for feces and water being made by woman by actuating the switch 24 build in a stool seat 23. As cooling, heating, dehumidifying, deodoring and fume removal can be performed by one unit of the air conditioner, that is, clean air is circulated within a lavatory always.
