The guide 51' is supported rotatably to a shaft 65 and turned clockwise with the weak force of a spring 66. Thus a magnetic card 59, if inserted in a wrong direction F, cannot advance further by the interruption of the guide 51'. The card 59 inserted in a correct way passes through a circular travelling path and then discharged to the part C along a surface 51b while holding the guide 51' up against the force of the spring 66.
