GUIDE RAIL INSTALLING METHOD FOR BIAS TRAVELLING ELEVATOR

PURPOSE:To heighten work efficiency in an elevating path by forming a unit including a frame body for holding a pair of cage rail members and weight rail members provided previously in the relative position and disposing plural of such a unit successively in the longitudinal direction of the elevating path. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 11 is assembled by reinforcing upper cord materials 14, 15 with vertical materials 17 and reinforcing materials 18, 19 and connecting them with lower jointing materials 16 and intermediate jointing materials 20. The frame body 11 is provided with a pair of cage rail members 12, 12a and a pair of weight rail members 13, 13a fitted previously to be in the relative position, thus forming a guide rail unit 10. Plural produced units 10, 10a are successively conveyed in, and the lowest unit 10 is temporarily centered based on the reference center and fitted at a pit wall 1a. The adjoining units 10, 10a are connected by fishplates 30, and fixed at a bottom part 1b after being respectively centered and adjusted in the installation height and position. The work in the elevating path can be thereby reduced.
