FLEXIBLE DESIGN BACK-UP SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To facilitate the production, control, update and editing of the design documents and charts for the designing tasks by providing a defining means, a production means, an updating means, an expression means, and a guide means for design data respectively. CONSTITUTION:A design data defining means 19 to produce the control information of the design data of the design documents and charts of software, a design data production means 110 which connects between documents or a document and a graph via the lines, graphs and symbols, a design data updating means 112 which applies expansion/contraction correction to the lines connected to the documents when these documents are moved are provided. Furthermore a design data expression means 113 to decompose and synthesize the design data and to simplify or complicate the design contents via the slides, a design know-how guide means 114 which accumulates and learns the designing methods and techniques are provided. In such a constitution, the design documents are charts can be simply prepared in the handwriting feeling and also quickly edited in the sense to assemble and replace the models. Furthermore the design images can be shown in an easy-to-understand forms and the complicated designs are attained in a diverse way.
