Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide driving energy corresponding to the amount of contained driving explosive powder by providing a recess opened in a band side face for explosive powder charge in a position eccentric between a ring-like groove and an opening. CONSTITUTION: The outer contour of driving explosive powder 5 protruded from an opening 2a provided in the side face of a band 2 is formed in a truncated conical shape. In a position eccentric between a ring-like groove 2b opened in the side face of the opposite side of this band 2 and the opening 2a, a recess 2c closed by a plate member 7 and opened in the side face of the band 2 is provided for explosive powder charge. Thus, a capacity for the driving explosive powder is set larger than that for explosive power 6 arranged in a ring shape, and large driving energy is provided according to the amount of contained explosive powder 5.
