Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily form a bubble-free gel in a capillary tube without depending on skill by removing the dissolved gas in a gel soln. by deaeration down to a reduced pressure level and maintaining low-temp. environment at the time of starting a gel polymn. reaction. CONSTITUTION:The capillary tube 1, a temp. control section 1, and hermetic chambers 4, 5 are first connected as shown in the figure and a gel container 14 and a liquid sensor 25 are disposed to both ends of the tube 1. The temp. control section 2 is controlled in temp. to a 5 to 15 deg.C range. The gel soln. is then put into the container 14 and the end of the tube 1 is immersed into the soln. The pressure in the hermetic chambers 4, 5 is reduced in this state. The gel soln. is deaerated in this way. N2 is purged into the hermetic chamber 4 to pressurize the inside thereof after the deaeration. Since the gel soln. is taken into the tube 1 by this pressurization, N2 is purged in the hermetic chamber 5 to pressurize the inside thereof upon detection of the liquid by the sensor 15. The temp. of the temp. control section 2 is so controlled that the polymn. reaction of the gel in the tube 1 progresses most adequately. The generation of O2 during the polymn. reaction is suppressed and the bubble-free gel is produced.
