Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic green sheet of high quality, by guiding a ceramic green sheet together with a carrier film along a path which extends relatively vertically, and subjecting the green sheet in the path to dry treatment. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic green sheet 12 emerging from a reverse-roll coater 1 is guided together with a carrier film 11 upward along a path 25 which extends vertically. The green sheet 12 together with the carrier film 11 is turned back on the peripheral surface of a turn roll 26, and is moved downward along a path 27. The green sheet 12 being fed along the path 25 or the path 27 is dried by application of a hot air stream or radiant heat thereto as indicated by arrows 29, 30. As a result, a ceramic green sheet 12 having a smooth surface and a uniform thickness is obtained.
