Heat resistance rubber is impregnated into the outer porous part obtained by laminating the outer porous body 12 consisting of ethylene tetrafluoride resin through the layer 11 and calcining the layer 12 and cured and then a fluorine series resin releasing layer 13 is formed on the outside of the rubber impregnated layer. Consequently, the roller prevented from generating offset and peeling during the feeding of paper and having strong resistance against mechanical shock can be obtained.
