Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce sharply an error in temperature dependence and to improve reliability by disposing Hall IC and a permanent magnet oppositely at a prescribed distance between them and by fixing one of the aforesaid Hall IC and the permanent magnet to a fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A PTC heater 22 and an NTC thermistor 26 are used in combination, an error in temperature dependence which can not be corrected completely by the PTC heater 22 is offset by the NTC thermistor 26, and thereby the precision in an output voltage V'0 is improved. In this case, air 15 is enclosed in a hermetically sealed chamber 5 which accommodates a movable part 11 of a leaf spring 7 and an assembly of a weight 1 and a permanent magnet 14. By adoption of an air damper utilizing the effect of restriction produced when the air 15 passes through a slit 8 formed in the leaf spring 7, the error due to the temperature dependence of damping can be reduced.
