Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To safely and comfortably hold the hydrophilicity of a shore by keeping the hydrophilic shore protection water level of a water area communicating with an outer water area varied in water level and openable and closable by the opening and closing of a floodgate constant by the opening and closing of the floodgate and the expansion and contraction of the settled flexible watertight film body under the surface of the water. CONSTITUTION:Hydrophilic shore protection 1 is partitioned from an outer water area 3 by a floodgate 2 to form a closed inner water area 4 and flexible watertight film bodies 5 are settled under the surface of the water. The fastening jigs 11 fixing the watertight film bodies 5 are provided to indicate the highest tide level 12, the lowest tide level 13 and ground surface 14. The lowering point of time of a water level permitted from hydrophilicity is measured by a water pressure gauge 6 to close a floodgate 2 by a sensor 8 and compressed air is injected in the watertight film bodies 5 by an air compressor 10 and, when it is sensed that the height of the watertight film bodies reaches a definite distance from the ground surface 14, the air compressor 10 is stopped. Further, the lowering point of time of a water level is measured even at high tide by a water pressure gauge 7 and the floodgate 2 is opened to discharge the air in the watertight film bodies 5. By this method, a water level can be kept constant. |
