CONSTITUTION:A gel filtering agent 5 injected between a resin 2 and leads 6 absorbs moisture contents from the outside and expands in volume, so that the adhesion to the resin increases to prevent the peameance of moisture contents thereafter. The used gel filtering agent is a bead-form gel having a three-dimensional network structure obtained by crosslinking sephadex dextran by use of epichlorohydrine. As there are a plurality of hydrophilic radicals inside its structure, it has strong hydrophilic properties and easily swells with water. As an application embodiment, a dam for injecting the gel filtering agent 5 is arranged between the leads 6 and the resin 2a and the lead frame is formed into a recessed form for injecting the gel filtering agent.
