MANUFACTURE OF STATOR OF MOTOR

PURPOSE:To apply winding in high density and secure insulation so as to prevent the damage of winding by applying winding in a slot through an insulator part, and then bending a projection so as to wrap the winding, and also installing a cylindrical yoke at the tops of teeth. CONSTITUTION:For a stator, the stator iron core is constituted of a magnetic pole 22, which has plural teeth 11 to become the magnetic poles projecting outward being connected in the ring shape on the side of inside diameter, and a cylindrical yoke 33, which surrounds this. An insulating part 66, which has the projection projecting from the top of the tooth 11, is formed integrally by molding of synthetic resin, or the like in the slot 44 of the magnetic pole 22, and winding is applied in the slot 44 through this insulating part 66, and then the projection 55 is bent inward to wrap the outside diameter side of the winding while pressing it, and then a cylindrical yoke 33 is installed at the tops of the teeth so as to surround the magnetic pole 22. Hereby, winding work becomes easy, and inferiority such as insulation inferiority and breaking of wire does not occur.
