The solenoid valve 6 maintains wholly closed attitude when the temperature of the open air is higher than a set temperature and the solenoid valve is made into a wholly closed attitude when the temperature of the open air is dropped to <= the set temperature. A throttle valve 7 can make an amount of gas fed from a pilot gas passageway 5 maintain whole burners 1 in a stable pilot flame.
