Thus, the sample 30 can be densely inserted in the containing hole 11 or the pneumatic carrier 10, jolting of the sample 30 and protrusion of it from an upper surface are prevented to prevent the damage of the sample. The sample can be easily taken out in a way that the head part of the sample 30 is grasped by means of the claw tip of a manipulator 40 inserted in the guide groove 12. |
