Hook 55 of a commutator 53 is then brought into contact with the connecting wire 35 of the coil element 37 and subjected to fusing, in this state, thus arranging a plurality of coil elements 37, while partially overlapping with a predetermined angle, on the outside of the commutator 53. Power is then fed to the coil in order to bond the coil to the assembling jig 60.
