description | PURPOSE:To facilitate dismantling of a plurality of coils by supplying power to coils wound around a plurality of flat winding jigs having aligned axis and connecting the coils temporarily, and then dismantling the coils successively from the winding jig and housing radially in a carrying jig. CONSTITUTION:A coil wire (e) is wound successively from one end around a plurality of flat winding jigs 33 having aligned axis 31 thus forming coil elements 37 through connecting wires 35. Power is then fed to the successive coil elements 37, under this state, thus connecting the coil wire (e) temporarily. A winding jig dismantling mechanism 120 then lowers and a protrusion 121A on a clamp member 121 abuts on a recess 41 in the winding jig 33 and then moves horizontally upto a stopper 60. A coil element dismantling mechanism 110 then rotates, as shown by an arrow A, to dismantle the coil element 37 by means of a pawl part 111 and to house the coil element 37 radially on a rotating carrying jig 39. The empty winding jig 33 is housed in a stock mechanism 130. |
