Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the brightness of reflectivity of painting by allowing to have the rugged rough surface on the rolled surface of steel sheet and giving dull-working with a specified flatness ratio. CONSTITUTION:For a sheet of a surface treated steel sheet such as a cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet or tin-plated sheet, rugged rough surface is formed on the rolled surface and the dull-working of the rate of flatness A > 85% is given. In this way, excellent press workability for deep drawing or the like and also brightness of reflectivity nearly equal to a mirror finished surface can be given. And, this is not limited to the sheet and the application to the steel plate such as a hot rolled sheet or thick plate is also effective.
