A reflection material 8 is arranged to cover the rear surface 5 of the floor finishing material 1 as well as the thermal transmitting pipe 7. A thermal insulating material 9 is piled up below the reflection material. After each of the floor finishing materials 1 is fixed to a floor joist 10 with a nail or the like, an end part of each of the thermal transmitting pipes 7 is connected by a coupler 11. Hot water is flowed in the thermal transmitting pipes 7, thereby heat of the hot water is transmitted to the surface 4 of the floor finishing material 1 through the thermal transmitting pipes 7 and a heating operation is carried out through a thermal radiation from the surface 4. |
