CONSTITUTION:The operator of a retrieval terminal section 16 connects to a database section 11 via a communication network 15 and a line control section 12 to retrieve desired information by the specified retrieval procedure and the retrieval system. In this case, the line control section 12 applies connection/ disconnection of the retrieval call in plural lines and transmission and reception of information with the database section 11 and also displays the state of each line to a retrieval monitor terminal section 14. Thus, the retrieval is attained in place of the retrieval terminal section 16 having a difficulty of retrieval. Thus, real time deputy retrieval is realized while the retrieval expert and a remote retrieval concerned person are making communication properly.
