As a result, the container 1 having the annular constricted part 3 is formed and the connection member, for example, a worm short pipe 5 is brought into contact with the free end surface thereof and a counter member not shown in a drawing is drawn into the constricted part 3 and the connection member 5 is pressed to the edge part material and counter member of the constricted part by its corresponding flange to be welded to the container 1. |
