SPEECH CONTENTS RECORDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable a speaker to record speech contents without sense of incompatibility by inserting an ID card into an input terminal by an attendant and then recording the speech contents automatically by a sound recording device and a video system. CONSTITUTION:Each attendant inserts the ID card 5 where an identification code is recorded into the input terminal 2 assigned to the attendant, one to one, when making a speech. The input terminal 2 reads the identification code out of the ID card 5 and records it in its own memory, and while the identification code is sent to a control computer 1 together with an additional registration indication code, the sound recording device is switched on, and a control computer 1 retrieves the name of the attendant according to the received identification code and displays it on the video system 4. Further, when the speech is finished, the ID card 5 is extracted from the input terminal 2. Consequently, the speaker can make a speech without sense of incompatibility and the proceedings can be prepared after the conference by using the video system 4 and sound recording device 3.
