AUTOMATIC MAGAZINE FEEDER

PURPOSE:To handle magazines efficiently without regulator plates by providing special means for storing, conveying, lifting, mounting, and transporting. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower spaces 50 and 60 for storing lead frame magazines are provided on the storage side and the supply side, respectively. In these spaces, a plurality of lines of magazines are continuously arranged in the direction horizontally crossing the magazine storage direction. The magazine space 60 is provided with a conveyer 62. Magazines transported on the conveyer are carried up or down by an elevator 70. After the elevator 70 moves intermittently and puts lead frames in magazines, a cylinder 83 mounts magazines on a mounting plate 83 rather than an elevator stage 79 to move the magazines to the magazine space 50. An ejector cylinder 84 forces a pusher 84a out to eject the magazines toward the space 50.
