METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AVOIDING FEED- BACKABLE SCANNING ERROR DUE TO WEAR IN INFORMATION RECORDER

PURPOSE: To prevent scanning errors capable of fedbacking by wear by newly positioning a laser light irradiating focus in a shift track after information reading and then return-positioning the same in a newly used track. CONSTITUTION: When a laser light irradiating focus is directed to a track longer than a usual reading time, information is read by an output laser light sufficiently high not to change the information and the laser irradiation focus is maintained after information reading. Then, after the laser light irradiation focus is positioned in a shift track, return-positioning is positioned in a newly used track. That is, after reading of a first track by a laser light is finished, a switch device OS is actuated by a command signal and switched to the shift track via a transfer controller OP, and the laser irradiation is focused by a servo control switch device OR, and thus the change or damaging of the information is prevented.
