At the state where the carrying rack 32 is inserted and arranged in each tank 14, the shaft 50 passes through the notch 48 and positions the carrying rack 32 in the prescribed position of each tank 14. Simultaneously, the carrying rack 32 is held in a regular position when the shaft 50 passes through the notch 48. Consequently, the carrying rack 32 is easily positioned in the regular position in each processing tank 14.
