description PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of an explosion accident even if uneven interlaminar bonding force is applied at the time of pressing by forming a number of needle-shaped holes on the projected surface deeper than recessed channels of recessed and projected patterns when a plate material manufactured by the sheet making process is cut from a making roll and stretched flatly and pressing and forming recessed and projected patterns. CONSTITUTION:A seed film manufactured by scooping water solution of a fiber reinforced cement mixture by means of a cylinder sheet mashine is fed onto a flet belt and wound on a making roll continuously to make a laminate. The same is cut and stretched flatly, transferred to a press device and pressed by a press plate, for example, provided with brick-laying joint patterns of 2.5mm depth from the surface and with five needle-shaped projections of 5mm height per 1cm on a flat section where joint patterns are formed, and primary curing is carried out and then the final curing is performed to manufacture a decorative outer trimming wall plate of 5mm thickness. As said needle-shaped holes are formed projectingly on a fiber reinforced cement sheet deeper than the channels, they function as air vents between the laminates, and air is not captured, even if hollow sections are formed between the laminates.
