description PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment and obtain desired characteristics by a method wherein a conductor pattern to apply a bias current to a conductor pattern is arranged in a conductor pattern which is adjacent to at least one of conductor patterns, and superposed and wound, between magnetic substance layers, in the direction of lamination layer, while an end-part is connected. CONSTITUTION:A control winding L3 corresponding to a conductor pattern 12a, and a control winding L4 corresponding to a conductor pattern 12b are arranged in addition to a primary winding L1 and a secondary winding L2. A coupling adjustment winding L5 corresponds to a conductor pattern 13. L3 and L4 operating as control windings, and L5 operating as the coupling adjustment winding are connected with a DC bias source 28 from the respective terminals. Inductances L3 and L4 as the control winding are arranged so as to be close to L1 and L2 respectively, and connected with the DC bias source 28. As the result, the magnetic field generated by the DC bias changes the inductances of inductors L1 and L2 as main windings, so that the inductance can be adjusted by the bias current.
