CONSTITUTION:In a cable provided with an insulating layer 4 through a semi- conductor layer 3 around a conductor 1, hollow carbon and polyethylene wax are included into an ethylene thermoplastic elastomer, thereby obtaining the semi-conductor layer 3. The insulating layer 4 is made of an organic resin composition incorporating polyethylene wax into an ethylene thermoplastic elastomer. Accordingly, an electrostatic capacity can be kept to be small, and moreover the adhesion between the semi-conductor layer and the insulating layer can become preferable, thereby preventing deterioration in an electric property despite repetitive bending of the cable.
