description PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of accessing an identifying information memory at every arrival of identifying information so as to reduce the power consumption and to improve the economical efficiency by providing an identifying information transfer controlling means and previously transferring identifying information stored in the identifying information memory to a data memory in an identifying information collating section at a standby time. CONSTITUTION:When power source is supplied at both of master equipment and a radio telephony set, the control circuits 100 of the equipment and set respectively access ID memories 30 and 51 for reading out ID codes and transfer the ID codes to data memory sections 102 in the circuits 100 for storing the codes in prescribed areas. When an incoming call signal arrives from, for example, a subscriber's line 1 side in a standby state, control data composed of the ID code and incoming signal are sent from the master equipment to the telephony set. The control circuit 100 of the telephony set first tentatively stores the ID code in the received control data in its own data memory 102. Then the circuit 100 reads out the received ID code and previously transferred and stored its own ID code from the section 102 and collates them with each other. When both codes coincide with each other, the circuit 100 discriminates that the incoming call is made to its own set and starts connecting control.
