In a single piece with the water closet body 1 a partition wall 4 of plastics is formed at the rear inside of the water closet body 1 so as to constitute a water tank 3 between the partition wall 4 and the inner surface of the rear of water closet body 1. Within the water closet body 1 such members are furnished as a diaphragm pump 6, a diaphragm pump operating pedal 7, a lid 8 to open and close the bottom opening 2a of the abovementioned bowl 2, and operating pedal to open and close this lid 8.
