SYSTEM FOR SPACE COOLING AND HEATING

PURPOSE:To provide a system for space cooling and heating which is free from reduced capability even in a multistoried building and saves the space and has a good design quality and easiness of maintenance by installing an outdoor machine and indoor machine in the same shaft cover which is provided round the column of a building on the same floor and connecting both machines with a coolant piping. CONSTITUTION:An indoor machine 1 which is installed in a shaft cover 8 that is installed round a column 9 on the side of a windor 6 and indoor machine 2 that is installed in the shaft cover 8 provided round the column 9 on the side of a corridor are connected by a coolant piping 3. The indoor machine 1 has a suction port and blowout port and communicates with a suction port 10a and air discharge port 10b provided on the wall face 10 of the building. The indoor machine 2 is constituted with a filter 2a, heat exchanger 2b on the side of use, blower 2c for a throttling device, etc., and its suction port communicates with a suction port 8a which is provided at the lower section of the shaft cover 8 and the air blowout port 12a of a blowout panel 12 which is installed to the ceiling material 5 communicates with a blast duct 11 in the ceiling. The blast duct 11 communicates with a blowout panel 12 which is installed in the ceiling material 5 by means of a branch duct 11a.
