Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of a parallel processing of optical information and the learning of memory information, etc., by inputting the optical information obtained by projecting a coherent light to a light accumulating member as Fourier-transformation image information and inputting this optical information to an optical threshold light emitting member for emitting a light beam of the same wavelength as an incident light, when the light incident intensity exceeds some value. CONSTITUTION:Optical information from an optical input image generating part 1 obtained by projecting a coherent light to an object to be recognized is inputted to a plate-like or film-like light accumulating member 3 as Fourier-transformation image information through an input image Fourier-transformation part 2, and also, the optical information accumulated in the light accumulating member 3 is inputted to a plate-like optical threshold light emitting member 4. Subsequently, when the optical threshold light emitting member 4 receives a light beam whose incident intensity exceeds some value and emits a light beam, this light beam is inputted to the light accumulating member 3. In this regard, as for a memory processing of this optical input image, a reference coherent light is made incident on the light accumulating member 3 from the direction being different from an optical input image, so that memory on the light accumulating member 3 can be executed in plural points. In such way, a parallel processing of optical information and learning of memory information, etc., can be improved.
