After the electrode material 3 is fitted into the recess 5, the electrode material 3 is brazed and integrated to the holder 2' in the nonoxidative atmosphere by using the brazing material 10 having the brazing temp. below the m.p. of the holder 2'. The joining degree of the electrode material and the holder is enhanced in this way.
