description PURPOSE:To prevent a short circuit from being generated between a lead wire and a metal plate by sticking a first insulating tape to one part of a peripheral end in the metal plate of a piezoelectric driver, sticking a second insulating tape on the tape and interposing the plural lead wires between the both insulating tapes. CONSTITUTION:In one part of the peripheral end in a metal plate 21c, a first insulating tape 30 is stuck to cover the upper, lower and side surfaces of the metal plate 21c. The first insulating tape 30 is composed of a flexible material such as vinyl, etc. Thus, even if the lead wire is rubbed with lead wires 27a, 27b and 27c, the coated part of the lead wire is prevented from being peeled off. Even if the coated part is peeled off, the metal plate 21c is prevented from being short-circuited with the lead wires 27a, 27b and 27c. Since second insulating tapes 31 and 32 are stuck so as to cover soldering points 40a, 40b and 40c as well, it can be prevented that the lead wires 27a, 27b and 27c are set in an open state when a piezoelectric driver 21 is vibrated.
