Consequently, since the above-mentioned effects are shown and when sea water in the water tanks A1 and A2 is extracted after completion of transportation, the balance of the container N will not go wrong before and after the transportation and falling of the container can be prevented in raising by a fork lift. Length of conduit from a diaphragm blower to a distributor and from a water circulation pump to a filtered water drain hole can be made into shortest length, respectively.
