CONTROLLING DEVICE FOR BATH

PURPOSE:To allow an adequate amount of water to be heated to a proper temperature without monitoring by furnishing an on-off valve on a water supply pipe, a water level sensor and a temperature sensor in a bath tab, an igniting sensor on a heater, and a control valve, an alarm initiator and a control unit on a fuel pipe respectively. CONSTITUTION:A control device is provided with an on-off valve 8 on a water supply pipe to a bath tab 1, a water level sensor 13 and a temperature sensor in the bath tab 1, an igniting sensor 6 on a heater, and a control valve 10 on a fuel pipe 9 to a combustion apparatus 4 of the heater, an alarm initiator 15 and an electronic type control unit 17. The control unit 17 keeps the on-off valve 8 open according to an electric signal form the water level sensor 13 until the water level in the bath tab 1 reaches a specified level, then opens the control valve 10 according to an electric signal from the temperature sensor 14, and simultaneously starts the combustion apparatus 4 to heat water in the bath tab until the water temperature reaches a specified temperature. When heating is completed, the water level is higher than the specified level or ignition is failed, the control unit 17 makes the alarm initiator 15 operate.
